Foundation Consolidation

It is a pedestrian session with consolidation, which is great. We want to see former resistance become the foundation for the next major leg higher.
Three sectors are moving higher, with Consumer Discretionary (XLY) and Technology (XLK) leading. Consumer Discretionary is getting a boost from Tesla (TSLA), while Technology is benefiting from strong action in semiconductors after the Saudi deal. Health Care (XLV) is the worst performer.
