More tariffs headlines are sending the market lower, but buyers are emerging today. Ontario’s Prime Minister, Doug Ford, is playing a dangerous game but one that should open everyone’s eyes.  The notion that any nation could threaten to cut off electricity to the United States is nuts.

Seeing good action in growth and momentum is helping the NASDAQ 100.

The volume on QQQ yesterday was elevated – although I’m not sure it was enough to officially qualify as capitulation. It shook out a lot of weak hands.

Conversely, the S&P 500 is down on light volume compared to recent sessions.
