Market Commentary
The FOMC isn't going to cut rates today, but Powell would be under a lot of pressure to announce policy changes in a slower economy.
Meanwhile, the last eight FOMC meetings saw the market stumble into the closing bell.
Maybe Powell reads the room, sees what's going on, and cuts rates because the average family needs relief - they are not going to go out and spend money when they are already tapped out.
