It's a quiet session, which means it's a win for this environment, where it’s been feast or famine.

Investors are starting to step up and buy their favorites like Tesla (TSLA). This is helping to lead the Consumer Discretionary (XLY) sector higher. 

Next week marks the most significant number of earnings releases, which could be key to driving higher returns.

The bias is still to the downside - keep that in mind. 

The big upside test begins at 5,600 through 5,750.
