The move in TLT is causing rotation out of some safety plays into some riskier areas of the market.
On the economic front, factory orders surged more than expected fueled by a massive increase in aircraft orders.
Apple (AAPL) reports after the bell today. The Street expects a positive outlook on both the iPhone and services segments but disappointing guidance for the holiday season.
