The market jumped out to solid gain but there are still lots of questions. Of course, the main question is if Janet Yellen is openly discussing ways to shore up banks, it means they must expect more announcements soon?

Then there's the Federal Reserve, I think we’ll see a 25-bps rate hike, but it's the question-and-answer period that will be lit (no other way to put it). 

Very compelling market internals as defensive sectors are getting hit and buyers shift to cyclicals. 

A surge into the close would be positive in the sense the street would signal to the fed’s rate hike and maybe talk of pause would be welcomed news.
