These days, it seems the stock market just wants to go up. This is really the best kind of fun because we are all the fortunate ones that benefit.   The biggest winners in 2019 are leading the way today with Advanced Micro (AMD) and Tesla (TSLA) getting big share price target upgrades and Apple (AAPL) simply a juggernaut.   Yet, despite the big moves in the major indices, market breadth is mostly flat with sellers more motivated than buyers for NYSE stocks.
