The market is full of sound and fury - but waiting to hear from Jay Powell.

It's a very choppy session, but the declining sectors stand out more than the advancing. 

Healthcare still cannot leverage all the excitement over those fat-loss miracle drugs. Consumer Discretionary is being dragged down by Tesla (TSLA). 

There is a lot of attention on small caps and the Russell 2000.  There is a record number of calls (options).

The Russell 2000 is bouncing off support, but it is still an ugly situation.

Maybe Powell can provide relief during the 2PM hour.
