All major indices are up today, with Russel 2000 (IWM) leading the way once again with 1.58%, beating the other indices by over 1%.

IWM is now running up to new highs.

Eight out of eleven sectors are in the green so far. The leaders are Energy (XLE), way ahead up 2.28%, and Financials (XLF), up 1.23%. The biggest losing sector by far is Utilities (XLU).

In the economic font, NY Empire State Manufacturing Index came in at -6.6 missing expectations of -8. The index is now negative for the 8^th consecutive week.

Be ready! There is a big parade of Fed Speakers this week who could dent or cement the Street optimism for rate cuts.
