Last week was absolutely amazing, and yet, it’s getting no press other than the occasional article that says the action is a classic bear market bounce.  Investors flocked to mega cap names, but there is still a sense of anxiety that keeps investors also flocking to the safety of utilities.

Energy remains in command and financials act well; although, it is not living up to the hype.
