The market is powering higher even with conflicting reports of potentially more trade deal compromises beyond the olive branches seen the last couple weeks. There is typical anxiety associated with all-time highs and getting through milestone.
All-time Highs
- Dow Jones Industrial Average 27,359
- S&P 500 3,013
- NASDAQ Composite 8,321
Consumer Discretionary is leading the way, but it’s not the brick and mortar names. Tech is higher, too. Its names like Pay Pal (PYPL) and MasterCard (MA) leading the way.
Material names are edging higher, as there is still sniffing around for value.
