Payne'sPerspective: July 18, 2022: Summer Daze
 7/18/2022

It was a rough week that still managed to finish with a glimmer of hope. While there are still a lot of unknowns and lurking challenges, it truly feels as though the ‘bottoming’ process has begun. Make no mistake; there was real carnage earlier in the week. Last Shall Be First As you must already know, I’m not a fan of judging your portfolio or even the stock market within the calendar year. Only because it’s unrealistic for your portfolio, and a farce for money managers holding laggards for years that occasionally bounce but never recover from their original entry. It makes for good marketing to say a stock is up 50%, but if the position is down, it’s disingenuous. To read the full report contact your account executive or email Research@wstreet.com.
