Welcome to the Runaway Inflation Edition

It’s all the rage, and nobody is happy. The problem is parts of the story are not going away so easily.

There are a lot of signs that inflation will turn lower, but it’s not simple.

Flexible inflation has never been this high before, and the sticky-price hasn’t been this high since 1991.  But this is the part everyone is worried about.
