It finally happened. The market rallied for the week after four straight weeks of declines. It’s a moment  we knew  would happen, because at some point, the market will turn higher and work back to an all-time high. The timing, however, is the big question. Is this just a bear market bounce or part of a longer-term rebound? 

It was a tough week beneath the surface, even though the Heat Map underscored the widespread gains.
