Single stock volatility eased dramatically. This could be the consequence of earnings season coming to an end, but also of selling exhaustion. The stage is now set for a monumental breakout.

The carnage in tech momentum has been unprecedented, making it even more difficult for investors to hold stocks. Knowing the fundamentals wasn’t enough for some, which brings me to knowing history, too.

Snapbacks from these excessive events generate huge gains in very short periods of time.

Watch Korea

As I have been saying for a year now, watch the Korean market (KOSPI), which sets the tone for the U.S. market, especially the AI trade.

The KOSPI is bouncing off its 200-day moving average, and a close above the 50-day moving average would be monumental.
