It’s always the biggest economic report in any given month, so all eyes were on the June employment report. On the surface, it seemed like great news. And it was celebrated as such by the media and White House, but a closer look shows the number was a disappointment. Eight hundred fifty thousand net jobs were created (or some might say restored) in June against the official consensus of 700,000 and the whisper number of 800,000.
