FOMC Meeting After the Consumer Price Index (CPI) release, just about every firm on the Street joined the rate-hike camp, with only two holdouts. I don’t think the Fed should hike, but if they do somehow, Warsh has got to communicate it’s a “dovish hike” (only one), which could be hard without official forward guidance.

Historically, a sharp rise in yields over three months usually sets off strong precedents in the stock market, especially in Technology (XLK).
The market is cheap, especially Technology stocks, but that doesn’t mean it can’t get cheaper in the near term. The key right now is not to panic based on wild headlines that have obscured fundamentals for months.
