Tracing the Bubble

The AI rally has already lasted longer than prior bubbles, but has a long way to go to equal the average gain. Moreover, there hasn’t been a parabolic move outside of underlying fundamentals.

My goodness, the software carnage continues to mount.

I saw some nibbling in the software patch last Friday, but that’s probably just traders. This is a serious breakdown for these names. AI is eating its lunch.Some will adapt and survive, and others are oversold. But make no mistake, this is creative destruction in real time.
