Coming into the week, the market was on its heels and looked vulnerable to a knockout blow. Instead, there were multiple blows, and the market held firm. More economic data is coming in above the consensus, and lots of signs that prices are rebounding. There were tough sessions, but buyers emerged even as the official narrative is the market is going down.
