On Monday, May 3, I had the honor of speaking to the Kansas Chamber in Topeka, Kansas. It was an amazing event with a massive turnout and businesses of all sizes.
  
I was seated at the table with Kansas Governor Laura Kelly, held in a large airport hangar. It had been a tough day for her. A large slate of her vetoes had been overturned earlier in the day. It was a historical day for business in Kansas. 

I decided I would share most of my prepared remarks from this week’s Payne’s Perspective.
