Ownership Society Anyone?

Another strong session that’s getting help from industries and sectors not always in the headlines. We began the session with that huge cyber-attack in 150 countries affecting more than 200,000 users, and that’s helping parts of tech that have been floundering.

Then, there’s the homebuilders posting a strong session on continued confidence among homebuilder, and perhaps, a shift in the approach to buying versus renting.  First quarter data compiled by the Census Bureau showed a staggering 854,000 first time homebuyers versus 365,000 first time renters. That’s more than a two to one margin, and the first time buyers outpaced renters since the third quarter of 2006.

We'd better get a grip on our vulnerabilities, particularly power grid, to avoid a similar cyber-strike!
