Charles V. Payne is the Chief Executive Officer and Principle Analyst of Wall Street Strategies, Inc. (WSSI), which he founded in 1991. With less than $10,000.00 in start up capital and working from his apartment, he launched WSSI to provide a unique brand of stock market advice. Through this service, subscribers (money managers and individual investors) began to reap sizeable profits and the firm developed a national reputation as provider of timely and effective equity analysis. Today, WSSI provides information to over 120,000 registered subscribers, in more than 60 countries as well as several of the largest bank/brokerage firms. Charles Payne oversees a team of stock analysts that cover specific industry groups, in addition to monitoring the entire market and individual sectors on his own.
Charles' passion for the stock market began when he was 14 years old. He told his mother then that one day, he would work on Wall Street.
Charles got his start in the industry in research at EF Hutton in 1985. After two years he then switched gears and accepted a position with boutique brokerage firm, Greentree Securities in 1987. It was there that he first saw a niche for independent and timely equity advice, which led to the creation of Wall Street Strategies. Due to the success of his guidance and stock selections, Charles has become well sought after by many highly respected finance-oriented radio, web and television programs. He is widely recognized in the media as a leader among the analyst community, and is routinely contacted for his market opinions by several prestigious news organizations.
Charles is featured throughout the day on the Fox Business Network in a segment called "Making Money with Charles Payne". In addition, he has a daily role on Varney & Co and guest-host several shows including "Cavuto n Business", "Your World" and "Beck".
Over the years, opinions and articles on Charles Payne have been featured in prestigious news organizations such as Reuters, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times. He has been the keynote speaker at numerous investment conferences, grass roots events and educational gatherings worldwide.

Charles was awarded the Congress of Racial Equality (CORE) Man of the Year Award in 2009.
Charles attended Minot State College and Central Texas College during his time in the Air Force and Majored in Criminal Justice.

is a research analyst with a concentration in homebuilding. David assists the rest of the Wall Street Strategies research desk with stock investment ideas, portfolio management and timely analysis of vital economic data, along with providing institutional investors with up-to-date reports of individual stocks within his industry coverage. A graduate of the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, David earned a Bachelor of Science in Management while majoring in finance. Carlos Guillen
is an Equity Research Analyst providing coverage of the technology sector for Wall Street Strategies, Inc. Mr. Guillen has had experience working in both the sell side and the buy side. Prior to working as an analyst, he was a Design Engineer for Lambda Electronics. Mr. Guillen holds an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and he has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College.

is a Senior Research Associate. She attended Norfolk State University and The Fashion Institute of Technology. Nikki later found an interest in the stock market and has been with Wall Street Strategies since 1997. During her tenure with the Company, she has had several roles. In her current position, she helps support our analyst, sales representatives, and clients. Nikki monitors and tracks current open positions, industry wide and market related news items, and plays a vital role in communicating with our analyst and clients. In addition, she helps identify prospective stock recommendations for our various service offerings.

is a Research Associate. She has worked in the financial industry for the past nineteen years. Juana is a returning employee to Wall Street Strategies. She worked with the group for a period of nine years when it was a starting entity.
